The Knights of the Southern Cross (Australia) was incorporated on 12 May 1994 in accordance with the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 1991, in the Australian Capital Territory.
The Order complies with the requirements of the Act. The Order is a not for profit body governed by a National Executive who give their time voluntarily. The National Executive discharges its responsibilities under the Act.
